Release & Waiver

• Release and forever discharge Infiniti Kids LLP from all claims that I may have or may have had arising from, or in connection with, my child and an Infiniti Kids program; and

• Indemnify, will keep indemnified and hold harmless Infiniti Kids LLP, to the extent permitted by law in respect of any claim as a result of or in connection with an Infiniti Kids program. I warrant that my child has not at any time suffered blackout, seizure, convulsion, fainting, dizzy spells or any other medical condition and is not presently receiving treatment for any illness, disorder or injury which would render it unsafe for my child to take part in an Infiniti Kids program. I have read and I consent for my child to participate in an Infiniti Kids program and understand the risk involved and further agree to be bound by the Code of Conduct and operating rules.

• I acknowledge that Infiniti Kids LLP uses its best endeavours to ensure that the equipment and sporting facilities used in the program are safe and fit for purpose and acknowledge that all sports are inherently dangerous. I have voluntarily read and accept the inherent associated risks. "Infiniti Kids LLP" means all directors personally and in their capacity as a director, partners of directors, agents, and any representatives of Infiniti Kids. "Infiniti Kids Program" include all programs and activities that you or your child participate in Kids our courses and classes. This includes but is not limited to any organised sport, training, facilities and activities provided by Infiniti Kids.

Scheduled Classes

All classes are subject to change. While Infiniti Kids uses its best efforts to operate classes as per the schedule published on this website, in some instances changes are required due to fluctuations in attendance. No guarantee is made that classes will run per the timetable. Any changes required will be communicated to those effected prior to the date classes commence.

Cancellation and Make Up Class

To ensure viability and fairness, there is no refund available. However, if a child misses class, he or she can choose to come for the make-up class as scheduled for the year. Make up class is scheduled every quarter.The number of make up classes accorded for the child will correspond to the package signed up for. Please contact us for more information and/or to inform us if you need to come for the make up class.

Fee payment

We only take bookings for the entire package, and not for casual drop-ins or pro-rata weeks you are away. Our program cycles through, so for example, if you start at month 6, you will end at month 5. Please contact us for more details.

Parental Participation

Parents and guardians are required to be present for the duration of each class. Infiniti Kids is not a registered child care provider and is not therefore licensed to care for children without parental or guardian supervision.

We encourage parental participation and do require some parental involvement to maintain class structure and focus. In many instances, classes are more beneficial for participants, and run more smoothly with the involvement of parents or guardians.

Attire

Kids who have signed up with the program are required to wear the Infiniti Kids t-shirt and covered shoes. They are highly encouraged to bring along a filled water bottle and a change of clothes.

Registration fee

A once-off fee of $30 (inclusive of t-shirt!) will be required for new enrollments. This fee is non-refundable.
